A patient management system built for a healthcare provider to replace paper-based records and reduce the administrative workload on clinical staff.
The Challenge
MediCare Plus was still managing patient records, appointment scheduling, and billing through paper files and basic spreadsheets. Staff spent a significant portion of their day on administrative tasks, errors in patient records were frequent, and retrieving historical data during consultations was slow and unreliable.
The Solution
We built a web-based patient management system that digitises the full patient journey — from registration and appointment booking through to consultation notes and billing. Records are searchable instantly, appointment reminders go out automatically, and the system flags data inconsistencies before they become errors.
